~ When you rise, we offer you a freshly created breakfast made with love and local (in season)/organic dishes like Allan's fresh fruit salad, creamy yogurt, gourmet houseblend granola and featuring Rosalee's famous home-baked muffins. Then, if you have room, comes a hot organic egg dish. Would you like Nova Scotia smoked salmon with that? Perhaps some local rosehip jelly made from the wild rose bushes that encircle our home? And we'll make sure the coffee and tea are East Coast strong, hot and plentiful!
